8 Seniors Sign To Play Sports In College

As the fall season wraps up, 8 of Westminster’s top athletes have committed to continue their talented play at the collegiate level: Dominic Cusumano, Madeline Williams, Kevin Graham, Brendan Grbcich, Jordan Haeusser, Samantha Huber, Carter McCall, and Deanne Pfyl.

Jordan Haeusser, women’s lacrosse star, signed to play at Missouri Baptist University while surrounded by her family and coach.

“It was very cool, I am very excited. I worked my way up to this moment and I got to celebrate it with my family. It was a surreal moment”

Jordan is one of a select few players that gets to play for the same coach in high school and college. Linsey Carlile, or Coachie as many of her players affectionately call her, was hired this year as MOBap’s Lacrosse Coach.

“I am super excited that I get to play with Coachie. The challenge for my family was finding the perfect school with a good lacrosse program and coach that I would work well with. My family was scared that we wouldn’t be able to find the right program. Playing for Coachie gives me the comfort knowing that nothing is going to change. I trust that she will point me in the right direction.”

Congratulations Seniors and good luck at the next level!
